At CO2Lift® by Lumisque, represented in Europe by Global Regenerative Group (GRG), we strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations while protecting the integrity, safety, and quality of our products.

Because our products are cosmetic, personal-care and hygiene items, European consumer law and product safety rules require us to follow strict guidelines for returns.

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Consumers)

If you are a EU/EEA consumer purchasing as a private individual, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

However, please note:

      This right does not apply to cosmetics and personal-care products that have been unsealed, opened, or used, for health and hygiene reasons;

      Therefore, only unopened, unused and sealed products may be eligible for return under the 14-day withdrawal period.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

      You must notify us within 14 days of the delivery date;

      Products must be returned to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of notifying us.

2. Conditions for Returns (Commercial Policy)

In addition to your statutory rights, our commercial policy is:

All items must be returned unopened, unused, and in the same condition in which they were received;

      Packaging and safety seals must be intact;

      The return must be initiated within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date.

Returns requested after this period, or for opened/used items, will be considered at our sole discretion and may not be accepted, except where mandatory law requires otherwise (for example, in case of defective products).

3. Return Shipping Responsibility

Unless otherwise required by applicable law:

      The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable;

      If a return is approved under our commercial policy, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount, where applicable.

If we have supplied a product that is defective or incorrect, we may, at our discretion and in line with your statutory rights, provide a prepaid return label.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact our Customer Care team at: mail@belle.org.uk

Include:

      Your order number;

      A description of the issue;

      Photographs if applicable (for damaged or faulty items).

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you will receive an email notification regarding the approval or denial of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

5. Refund Processing Timelines

Please note:

      Banks and card issuers may require additional time to post a refund to your account;

      If you have not received your refund after our stated timeframe, please first check with your bank or card provider;

      If the issue persists, contact us at return@co2lift.eu and we will help investigate.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law:

      Gift cards;

      Items purchased during promotions, sales, or other discounted events, which are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, except where they are defective or not as described.

7. Order Cancellations

Due to our rapid order processing, cancellations cannot usually be accommodated once an order has been placed.

      Orders are prepared for shipment immediately after confirmation;

      Once processing has begun, cancellation requests will be actioned however cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at mail@belle.org.uk. Where legally possible and operationally feasible, we will do our best to assist, but cannot guarantee changes.

8. Missing Items

If your order is missing an item:

      You must notify us within thirty (30) days of the delivery date;

      We will investigate and, if applicable, arrange for the missing product to be shipped or refunded.

9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you wish to change a product:

      You must follow the return process (if eligible); and

      Place a new order for the desired product.

10. Gift With Purchase (GWP) Policy

If your purchase included a gift with purchase (GWP):

      The gifted item must be returned along with the purchased product in order to receive a full refund;

      If the gift is not returned, the value of the gift may be deducted from the refund amount.

For memberships or subscriptions that included a GWP:

      The gift is not eligible for a refund;

      Failure to return the gift may result in a retail charge for its value, where permitted by law.
